This team is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I highly recommend Electrician In Charge. I had three other contracts out for a repeat issue with no resolve. I called spoke directly with the owner and he immediately put me at ease. Scheduled a prompt visit fixed my issue finally! He even advised me of upkeep I should do and offered a follow up inspection FREE of Charge! Love this guy! They are efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Shaun at Electrician in Charge is absolutely WONDERFUL! I called for an issue installing a dimmer switch and three way switch to replace the set switches in my kitchen that were originally wired for an outdated Z-Wave System, so dealing with five wires out of the wall was beyond my homeowner electrical level of expertise. I was hoping to have Shaun stop over within the next few days, but Shaun went out of the way to fit me in at the end of the day! This was incredible customer service to come by after 5pm when other companies close, to help wire my new dimmer light set up. Shaun was by far one of the most respectful and courteous tradesmen to ever visit our home. All COVID measures in place and Shaun got straight to the job. After a few minutes, Shaun discovered that with my amateur job of trying to wire the dimmer switch, I fried the switch when the breaker box tripped. Shaun PATIENTLY STOOD BY for me to run down to Home Depot and pick another one up. Upon my return, Shaun very quickly and efficiently had the dimmer switch and other three way switch installed and functioning BEAUTIFULLY in our kitchen. This great tradesman left my house at 7:20pm to call it a done job and the labor cost was fantastic, even with me needing to run out to Home Depot for the dimmer switch replacement, compared to other quotes I’ve received from other electricians within the area. I have Shaun on speed dial on my cell phone for ANY electrical needs I may require for the future! This is one sharp, skilled and efficient electrician that you shouldn’t hesitate to call for electrical issues. He is a trade school graduate with vast experience in all electrical areas of commercial and residential infrastructure. Again, THANK YOU ELECTRICIAN IN CHARGE! 5 STARS!!!
Lashaun committed to doing final trim out for me after he completed the rough in. He insisted to be paid ahead for the final material that he had to order. When it was time for him to complete, he said he would be here by the end of the week. Another contractor needed one more day to be 100% ready so we agreed that Lashaun would start the following week instead. He said this worked better for him anyway. He never showed up, and when I asked he said he would be there by the end of the week. Then he said next week, then the following week, and so on. This went on for 10 weeks. These were deadlines that he was willingly committing to and not deadlines that I was forcing. At week 5, he stopped all communication and I went to his shop to see if something had happened. His response was that he “accidentally blocked” my number, and he said he unblocked me and committed to finishing the following week. He never showed up or delivered material. When I asked for a refund on the material, he assured me that he would refund me but I never have received anything. I am still owed $2,500 for the material that he insisted I pay him for ahead of time.
I absolutely love working with Lashaun! He is knowledgeable, professional, quick and very polite. My company has been working with him for a almost a year now, and have nothing but great things to say about him and his crew! We are looking forward to continue working with him in the future!
