Vince and Bryce were awesome. Friendly and professional team. They worked quickly and did nice clean work. The new toilets don’t have a messy caulk ring around the bottom which I appreciate! Haha
They also took care of a plumbing issue that presented itself before they got there. Since it was a quick fix they did it without charge and also explained to me how to prevent any future issues.

We came home from vacation to our thermostat not working. We called C&C Myers Monday night. They said they would contact us in the morning with a time they could arrive. We heard from them and Drew arrived. He was extremely helpful! We had a blockage in the attic at the unit. When he cleared it, the thermostat worked. He also taught us features it has. We're very thankful for Drew's expertise and kindness!!

He was very thorough, respectful, kind and extremely understanding. Even when I didn’t handle the news of the expense well, he diligently explained everything. I have no doubt it was uncomfortable as I was not handling things well (I was overloaded) and he really handled me with so much kindness.
While it may not have seemed like a big deal to some, it was a huge deal for me, life has been throwing one thing after the next these past several months and this was yet another issue that added onto a mountain of things I’m dealing with.
His kindness and understanding was paramount.

David did a great job! He serviced our three HVAC units plus the dehumidifier which C&C Myers installed a while back. He was meticulous- took his time and explained it the processes. I was going mad trying to figure out what the issue with my system was that I was missing. I had Joe come and help me figure everything out and of course, there was really nothing more than user error.
But he gave me a rundown of exactly all the steps that he was checking to ensure that it was running efficiently (or in my case inefficiently, thanks builders) and talked me through, physically showing me all the things my issue could have been.
I came out of the inspection appointment much more informed about my system and feel more confident in both the tech, and the company than I could have hoped for. The company itself should be considered very lucky for having such a well mannered wealth of knowledge working for them. The trade world needs more guys like Joe.
I never write reviews unless they are truly justified in doing so, I am very happy to write this one.
