As an incident on Sullivan’s Island was occurring, the business van I was driving had an issue of its own. I called a company and got no response and then called JG Towing. Not only did they respond immediately, the driver, Kevin, continued to wait for an eternity to get onto IOP but subjected himself to a search as every vehicle coming or going was searched. Then he hooked up the van and awaited some more. He is paid by the job AND he never wavered or complained. Dispatch (I think his name was Will) was also exemplary in his response, patience, communication, and follow through. I would not bother to call any other company.

My daughter calls me upset that she has a flat tire and is in a parking garage. She changes to the spare and that was flat too. Being a parent of a college student, that is 12 hours away and I felt helpless. I called so many towing places and JG Towing came to the rescue. I can’t say enough about my interaction with the wonderful lady who answered and Joshua who went and got my daughter. My daughter was so relieved when he arrived and said he was so polite and courteous. They assured me she would be safe and she felt safe when they arrived. The cost for the tow was very reasonable. I can’t say enough for all their help! Thank You.

From start to finish, Joshua was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed up in a timely manner and walked us through the process. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for a pleasurable experience.

I was towed a few weeks back( this first offense was my fault). I had spoken with one of the men from the company day after my tow and informed him when I get back late nights there are no parking and have to go to overflow in a sketch area of my complex and not well lit. He understood and said that if there are times like that to give our company a call and just park any spots near your apartment and quote on quote “we will not touch your vehicle what’s so ever”. And he repeated this several times because I wanted to ensure it was okay. So the past two night I was getting home late and did as told gave the company a call, the lady was like okay got it I know who you are I will let them know. However last night they towed my vehicle even though he had told me multiple times my vehicle will not be touched if you give a call ahead. When I called this morning the manager WILL was an absolute asshole.i had told him the situation and he said he didn’t care I have to pay the 211$. Even though multiple people from his company said it was okay and were aware which I emphasized several times. But had asked for certain amount off because people of his company approved the parking. I understand 100% this is a towing business but as a business if you have people in your company telling basically we “customers” we are the target audience here that something is okay, as a business something should come to agreements between customer and company.

Will helped me get set up over the phone was able to pay the invoice online super convenient. Chris was the driver I was told by Will. He picked up the vehicle but I did not receive a text letting me know. Im okay with that as long as it got to its destination. Thank you
