Had a call into C&C Myers because the vent for my recently installed HVAC system was leaking from the roof, AGAIN. Upon installation we could see daylight through one of the roof vents and they had to send a roofer to fix the gap. Today, Tech arrived and said vents were in fact loose and unsecured. Also noted the duct work is now a mess and needs reinstalled. I was told a manager is supposed to reach out to me, however, when dealing with previous issues at C&C Myers I have never received any correspondence from their management staff. We now have water damage from a poor install job. Today’s tech said certain parts of the job were not installed properly which leaves me wondering what was done right in the first place? Waiting for management to call. Edit 1, 8/7/24, 6:18PM - In response to the managers reply below. Nobody called me today. Edit2, 8/8/24 10:00AM - Management called and issue is being addressed. Will revisit when resolved. Thank you.
The technician Ron was courteous and knowledgeable. I felt bad that the company sent him so late in the day. This appointment was scheduled two weeks ago and my initial understanding was that it was to be a first thing in the morning appointment for a known problem. It was late in the day so it got dark early and Ron had to come back the next day. He explained what he was doing and why. I question why only one person was sent. It seems as if the job might have gone more quickly with more than one person working. But Ron did it, all by himself, and he was great! He deserves a holiday bonus!
Cord was absolutely wonderful. He was polite, professional and respectful of our property. I would recommend him any time without hesitation. I'm not sure he earns enough money, but whatever it is he deserves more compensation. I hope all your employees are as knowledgeable and helpful as Cord. A great big thank you to him and may God bless him.
Jonathan came to our house on an emergency call and got the outdoor spigot fixed so quickly! We would’ve been without water overnight without him, and he saved us. Professional, friendly, and so quick! Highly recommend. The company is lucky to have him.
John did a great job solving the problem with our toilet. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done to get it fixed and was dedicated to making sure it was done completely right for the long haul. The 1st tech they sent out didn't complete the work correctly the prior day so they dispatched John. I escalated it to the manager and he promtply took ownership and said that it would be fixed at no additional cost. John had to re-do the work to get it right. I think that speaks volumes that they stand behind their work and taking care of customers. Thank you!
