Indoor shower head broke immediately after installation, owner replaced and said it was likely over tightened. It failed again and was leaking a couple of months later and would not guarantee work. Spent $285 to install an outdoor shower head supplied by them in October, couple of months later it fell off and would not guarantee work again. Very disappointing, I have been a customer for years and will be looking for a new plumber unfortunately.
Kyle did a great job changing the cartridge in the shower handle valve, as we could suddenly not turn it on. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and competent. He changed the part in less than half hour with no mess left behind. Gave us one year warranty. Appointment was timely. Called Monday and service was scheduled for Tuesday. Would request Kyle again for future plumbing needs.. Cost was $338.00.

J Stephens was great! Their office staff is very caring and organized and the work they did at our house was outstanding. They replaced all the pipes in our house in a day with minimum intrusion and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks for such good work!!
March 7 the plumber came to my home. He lit the hot water heater pilot light. The hot water flame came on. I waited 45 minutes for hot water it was tepid. Last evening no hot water and the pilot light is out. Regarding emergency phone number/ service there is a number to call and the voicemail says they will return the call in ten minutes .Today is March 8 and still waiting for a call back. $185.00 later - no hot water - no call back . Disgruntled customer.
